Expecting Baby // Montreal Maternity + Newborn Photographer

by | May 10, 2018

montreal lifestyle maternity photographyI remember that feeling of carrying my babies and wondering how they would look, how they would be when they were finally in my arms.

Would they have lots of hair, 10 toes, would they be healthy and strong.  It was a great mix of excitement and anticipation.

It was the end of one phase and the beginning of a new, beautiful chapter. Parenthood.

I love photographing expecting couples.  I love capturing their excitement and anticipation.  The beginning of their new lives.

Teresa and Dave wanted to have their pregnancy photography session in their Montreal Old Port apartment.  It was a cozy place that they knew they would soon leave, but it would be their baby’s first home, even if just for a short time.  It was worth documenting – their home, their lives before their sweet baby would arrive.  After photographing them inside, we headed up to their rooftop terrace which gave us a gorgeous backdrop of the city.
