MONTREAL LIFESTYLE NEWBORN AND FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHER

What could possibly be said about this family? For all of us who know them, and their story, there are no words. They are a real testament to the definition of strength and courage in the face tragedy and have become a saving grace for many Montreal families through their fundraiser that benefits the Montreal Children’s Hospital.

For those who don’t know Sheyda and Bill or their story, you should.

Just 2 short years ago, their second child, Alesia, died suddenly in her sleep from a very rare, undetectable heart condition called Endocardial Fibroelastosis.  She was 2 years old.

Amidst their grief,  Alesia’s parents resolved to turn their tragedy into hope for other families.  And so, the Alesia’s Magnolias indoor fair was created.  In its inaugural year they raised $60,000.

The second annual Alesia’s Magnolias fundraiser will be taking place this Sunday, June 3rd 2012 at Embassy Plaza, 1003 Curé Labelle, Laval, H7V2V6 – Please join Sheyda and Bill and all the volunteers (including myself!) and help make this year’s fundraiser a huge success!

Doors open at 11am!

Visit the Alesia’s Magnolias website for more details!

We can all just imagine what organizing an event of this magnitude involves – but imagine having a newborn baby also!!!!

I recently got to see Sheyda and Bill and their beautiful family at their baby boy’s newborn photo session!  It was wonderful to photograph your family again, and I am looking forward to being a part of this year’s Alesia’s Magnolias!!!!
